A Delivery Charge will be added to the cost of each book when it is ordered from our Online Shop. This charge depends solely on the book, irrespective of the shipping address. Information of this cost involved can be viewed when one browses the details of the book on our website. In case of a return, the shipping cost is not refunded.
All our products are shipped via IPS (Indian Post). Expected delivery time is displayed along with the book details on our website. However, some of our products can reach you earlier as well. The field marked "Will be delivered by..." shows the maximum number of days required for shipping.
Once your order is shipped from our end, you will get a tracking number for IPS, which will display in Orders under "My Account". The number can be used to track your order on IPS website (link will be in your order receipt).
Yes, a hard copy of the invoice is printed at our end and couriered along with your order. However, a soft copy will not be available at the users end. In case of any queries please contact us during office hours.
Payment
The deduction of the order amount occurs immediately on placing an order. Adding an item to Wishlist or to Cart while browsing on our website, does not mean that any amount has been charged. Any number of items can be added or removed from the cart, till the user decided to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom right. Upon clicking this button, the user is asked for a shipping address and then asked to choose a method of payment from the available options. On selecting an option the final transaction is made and the amount is deducted from the users account.
A Wishlist is different from Cart. Wishlist, is a place holder for the books you are interested in and wish to buy soon or in the future. This is like an online checklist of books you are looking forward to read. It also holds the books that you don't want to buy immediately, but want to keep in mind for later purchases. In case there is an "Out Of Stock" book that you are interested in, you can add it to the Wishlist. This will make it easier to track the status of the book.
Books added to Wishlist cannot be purchased directly. They first need to be moved to Cart and then purchased by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" button.
We would recommend that you should immediately contact us by calling up or mail us on our e-mail ID, in case you receive a damaged or wrong product. We are obliged to return the item with a full refund (including the shipping cost charged). Please contact us at:

Shipment Tracking information appears at the end of the Order Details page once the order has been shipped from our end. All our shipping is handled via IPS (Indian Post). In order to track your package, first click on the link under "Tracking URL". Then enter the "Tracking Code" under "Track N Trace" in the website home page. Upon clicking "Track Now" below, the details of the shipment will appear.
